Yolo Residents Directory is a private reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections related to Yolo County, California. It links to custodians and explains their access paths, but it does not host government records and has no affiliation with a county office, court, library, or other records holder.

California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record references use the California Public Records Act, Government Code section 7920.000 and following, including the existing-record and timing rules in sections 7922.530 and 7922.535. Privacy references may include the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Delete Act, Civil Code section 1798.99.80 and following, where those statutes apply to a covered business or broker.
12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
